Dave's School of Taxidermy: Enrollment Form
If you would like to enroll in any of our classes, please fill out the form below. A 25% deposit secures your seat in the class, with the balance due on the first day of class. 50% of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel no less than 30 days prior to the start of your class.
